LinkedIn in its Talent Trends Report of 2014, it was identified that new employees look for a better reputation of the company while joining. The research said that 56% of the new employees prefer joining a company which has a reputation for being a great workplace.
The report identified that the various parameters that new employees look for in a company are
1. Company has a reputation of having a great workplace
2. Company has a reputation for great products and services
3. Company has a reputation for great people
4. Company has a reputation for being prestigious
New employees look for a happy and reputable environment. Everybody likes to work in an open environment where opportunities to grow are available. Making your employees speak about you will not only get you good customers but also help you recruit great employees.
